The Evening

Four steps, and the rest is ours.

Georgia law places the alcohol purchase with the host. Everything around it belongs to us — including the shopping list.

i

Reserve

Share the date, the venue and the guest count. A deposit holds the evening.

ii

Design

We build the menu together — two signature cocktails named for the occasion, and mocktails for every guest.

iii

Prepare

You purchase the alcohol. We tell you precisely what and how much, and collect it for you if you prefer.

iv

Pour

We arrive early, dress the bar to your event, pour through the evening and leave the room as we found it.

Guests

What people say.

The bartending service added such a polished touch to the book launch.
GUEST · BOOK LAUNCH, ATLANTA

"The espresso signature cocktail was amazing. Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. I honestly wasn't expecting to love it as much as I did, but it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the evening."

UNIQUE DAVIS
BOOK LAUNCH, ATLANTA

"The lemon drop completely blew me away. Fresh, smooth, not overly sweet, with just the right amount of citrus. I've had plenty of lemon drops before, but this one stood out."

VIRGINIA GUEST
BOOK LAUNCH, ATLANTA

"I don't drink alcohol, so I appreciated having an option that still felt special. It wasn't just juice in a glass. It was refreshing, well-made, and presented like a real signature drink."

GLENN LEWIS
BOOK LAUNCH, ATLANTA

"I'm usually a cognac drinker, so I wanted something with Hennessy. The Hennessy margarita they made for me was on point. Strong enough to enjoy, but still smooth and flavorful. Definitely not your average cocktail."

We bring the bar to your office, your rooftop or your venue — holiday parties, client entertaining, product launches, appreciation events and conference receptions. Custom menus in your brand colors, printed cards on the bar, and staff who understand the difference between a company party and a night out. Invoicing and certificates of insurance handled without fuss. Most of our corporate clients book the same week each year.

Enquiries

Questions we are asked.

Do you provide the alcohol?
No. Georgia licensing places the alcohol purchase with the host. We remove the guesswork instead: once the menu is set we send a shopping list with exact types and quantities for your count, and we will collect it for you if that is easier.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry both general liability and liquor liability coverage, and provide a certificate of insurance to your venue on request. Our bartenders check identification and will not serve anyone underage or anyone who has had enough — we reserve the right to refuse service, and we will always do so courteously.
How far do you travel?
We are based in the south metro and serve the Atlanta area. Events within thirty miles carry no travel charge; beyond that, travel is quoted with your package.
What is required at the venue?
A level space of roughly ten feet by six, access to running water, a standard outlet, and cover for daytime summer events. Please tell us in advance whether the bar sits on the ground floor or up a flight of stairs, and where we may park to unload — both change how we plan the setup. If power is unavailable, let us know and we will bring our own.
May we book bartenders without the bar?
Yes. Where a venue has a bar in place, we staff it with the same bartenders, mixers, garnishes and menu design.
Do you serve events without alcohol?
Often. Mocktail programmes, dry weddings, graduations, church and corporate functions. The package is the same — the work, the garnishes, the glassware and the menu design are identical; only the bottle differs.
Do you serve shots?
At the host's discretion, and never late in the evening. Our preference is to keep the pace of the bar steady so the celebration ends the way you planned it.
How many bartenders will my event need?
Guest count guides the size of the team, not the price of the package. As a rule, one bartender serves an intimate gathering of up to fifty beautifully; two suit most weddings and parties; three keep a room of a hundred and fifty moving without a queue. We will recommend the right team when you enquire — before you book, not after.
What if my guest count changes?
Your package price does not change with the count. What may change is staffing — if the number rises substantially we will recommend an additional bartender so the bar keeps pace. Tell us as soon as you know and we will adjust the plan with you.
How long are you on site?
We arrive roughly ninety minutes before service to set and dress the bar, pour for the hours booked, and take about an hour to break down and clear. Additional service time may be added on the night subject to availability, at the hourly rate.
How do we hold our date, and what if plans change?
A signed agreement and retainer hold the date; the balance is due one week before the event. The retainer is non-refundable but may be moved once to another date within twelve months, subject to availability. If you need to cancel, we ask for sixty days' notice on weddings and thirty on all other events — inside those windows the date rarely rebooks.
How far ahead should we reserve?
Saturdays in spring and autumn are taken first, frequently six months out. A signed agreement and deposit hold the date; the balance is due one week prior.
